The process that we follow is well documented in our ISO manual, and is rigorously enforced. ISO Audits are conducted on a regular basis to ensure that the organization continues to follow best practices.
We have provided a document with a graphical diagram which provides information with respect to the process adhered to. You will see that it is a very through and rigorous process with virtually no margin for error.
